- Working with one of their fund managers to minimise resistance to change relating to the implementation of a new business system
Regional Development Group
- Working with key people from this organisation to develop understanding of what Social Media could offer them as an organisation to engage their people who are geographically isolated. The outcome for them was a clear understanding of what Social Media could do for them, together with a strategy and plan to enable them to achieve their objectives. Their medium term goal is now to use these tools to engage with the community and their clients to achieve better community and business outcomes.
Department of Transport & Main Roads Qld
- We conducted a masterclass with representatives from all divisions in the Department. The outcome for them was a clear understanding of what Social Media could do for them, and an understanding that they needed to engage and connect within the Department to innovate and grow their capability. Communities of Practice were developed to work on the identified business requirements to further flesh out their strategy and implementation plans to enable them to achieve their objectives.

- Working with one of the leaders and their teams to increase understanding of the business strategy, identify the role that they could take as a team and individuals in the delivery of that strategy and develop operational plans to ensure action to achieve relevant outcomes.
Aged Care industry
- Working with the whole leadership team and key staff to assist them in understanding the need for knowledge and information sharing as well as tools to facilitate this such as change management and social media
World Vision Global
- Working with the global community leaders to assist them in understanding best practice models to deliver enhanced community engagement within their fields of practice as well as across the company. Introducing the concept of Social Media, strategy, governance, barriers and tools to facilitate the engagement of their communities and networks across the world.
Regulatory industry
- Facilitating a whole of business workshop to contribute to the strategic plan development. This involved processes to break down barriers through identification of baggage that was blocking individuals and teams moving forward. Staff were then given the opportunity to contribute to the direction of the departments strategic plan for the next 5 years.
