We have found that many practitioners and leaders in business are not confident in implementing change effectively in their organisations. If you take into account the statistics of 70% + failure of change initiatives then it makes sense, be it chicken or egg enterprises are not confident undertaking change and historically don’t do it well.

A reflection of this is that we are constantly being asked to undertake the change design and implementation projects for enterprises.  Here at the Change Management Toolbox our objective is to build your capability rather than have us come in for long term (dependent) consulting.

Our approach has a value add component to maximise your teams development, by having an inbuilt coaching component to enable ongoing development and application of the skills learnt.  Many of our workshops have an optional component where an inhouse community of practice is created around the area of development to ensure the ongoing learning within the organisation. these programs are of course flexible in their design and delivery depending on your business, capability and requirements.
